Orders are being processed lovingly, one at a time, in the order that they were received with care and an expert hand by Meg and Fawn. You can count on the same quality you have always received from our company as we work hard to complete the hundreds of orders that we have received over the last few months of business.

What is the status of my order?

Is my order in the current batch being dyed?

Where can I find my order information?

Check your e-mail. When you placed your order with us you will have received an order confirmation. This confirmation has all of the relevant information about your order including your Customer id, your order number, what you ordered, pricing and payment info.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

We are truly humbled and overwhelmed by the outpouring of love that we received form our customers! We estimate that based on the sheer number and size of the orders we received we will be in the studio actively dying yarn through at least June! We ask that our wonderful customers remain patient with us as we work through them all. If you placed an order before December 31st 2020 YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR YARN.

Can I combine my orders to save on shipping costs?

Yes, as long as it has not been processed yet we can do that for you. Send an email to goods@twistedfiberart.com and include the name(s) on the orders, the order numbers to be combined, and the accurate mailing address where they are to be shipped.

All combined orders will be processed at the time that the final order was placed. So, if you combine orders 1,2 & 3, all three of the orders will be processed in the same batch with order # 3. This will delay the shipment of the earlier orders.

Why haven’t I received my “Ready to Ship” order yet?

Your order probably includes a Dyed to Order item or items as well. If your order contains both types of products then your order will ship once your “Dyed to Order” portion has been completed in the order in which it was received.

Will I get a tracking number when my order ships?

Yes! Beth has worked her magic and you will still receive all of your tracking information when your order has been scheduled for shipping. It may look a little different, but all the info you need should be there.

If you notice that we have blown past your order number and you have not received an email or the shipment itself please get in touch (goods@twistedfiberart.com) and we will do our best to track it down.

There is something wrong with my order, now what?

We know that with this type of volume there are going to be some errors. If you find something wrong please let us know. Our resources are limited, but we will do our best to make it right if we can. goods@twistedfiberart.com
